Dog Walker

Responsibilities

• Walk dogs in your local area and provide essential exercise and companionship
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all dogs under your care
• Provide timely and reliable service to pet owners
• Engage and interact with dogs to ensure they receive adequate stimulation
• Report any behavioral or health concerns to pet owners promptly

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong dog handling skills and the ability to manage multiple dogs simultaneously
• Basic knowledge of pet first aid (certification preferred)
• Physical fitness to walk dogs and withstand various weather conditions
• Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
• Knowledge of dog behavior, body language, and breed characteristics
• Ability to work independently and solve problems in various situations

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in pet care or working with dogs
• Familiarity with local neighborhoods and pet-friendly areas
