Responsibilities

• Deliver premium 1-on-1 care, performing all aspects of grooming including bathing, cutting, shaving, and trimming
• Provide a low-stress, safe, and positive grooming experience for every dog
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary grooming station and shared salon spaces
• Collaborate with fellow groomers, bathers, and salon leaders to create a supportive team environment
• Prioritize safety and quality standards

Requirements

• 1+ years of professional grooming experience
• Comfortable interacting with customers and pet parents
• Comfortable using smartphones
• Ability to safely lift and handle dogs up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Ability to safely guide or maneuver dogs up to 100 lbs using salon equipment
