Documentation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain MPI and StAr product master data for the Product Line
• Handle central Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) for packing methods and outline changes
• Maintain raw material and spare part master data in SAP and MPI following GMDR/PMDR guidelines
• Perform data corrections based on Data Quality Check (DQC) reports
• Support data investigations and resolve master data issues in StAr and SAP
• Coordinate with the COE for costing runs and update pricing for purchased materials
• Support production by resolving issues in MES for various manufacturing processes
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for new application functionalities
• Support master data migration activities and system implementation projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any field (Information Technology is an advantage)
• 0-2 years of experience in product data management, SAP MM, or industrial computer software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis
• Strong analytical skills with systematic problem-solving abilities
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight schedules

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Product Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Understanding of IC manufacturing process flows
