Documentation Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Create, release, and maintain configured records in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) database, including BOMs, drawings, and Engineering Change Notices (ECN).
• Perform Bill of Material (BOM) updates, transfers to ERP, and coordinate related debugging.
• Review and approve complex technical documents and data packages to ensure configuration requirements are met.
• Coordinate inputs from multiple sources to resolve blocking issues and meet program milestones.
• Define and generate project Configuration Management Notices (CMN) in collaboration with Project and Product Assurance Managers.
• Establish and maintain baseline documents and manage the secure transfer of data with customers and suppliers.
• Compile monthly CADM and ECN metrics through advanced data queries and analysis.
• Support departmental ISO and AS9100 audits and maintain Quality Management System documentation.
• Provide training and guidance to users on configuration management best practices and CADM processes.

Requirements

• CEGEP Diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in configuration document management.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical, systematic, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with PLM systems and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Eligibility to obtain and hold security clearance at the reliability status level.
• Ability to pass security assessments for the Controlled Goods Program (CGP) and ITAR.

Preferred Qualifications

• CM certification from a recognized Configuration Management Institute.
• Experience with SharePoint, SQL, Excel Macros, or Visio.
