Documentary Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Elaborate Document de Suivi Renseignés (DSR) according to procedures
• Constitute components for Rapports de Fin de Fabrication (RFF)
• Submit documentation to stakeholders and process feedback
• Lead technical meetings with internal and external interlocutors in French and English
• Manage follow-ups for comments and requests
• Participate in resolving quality deviations and corrective actions
• Contribute to the management of weak signals and deviation sheets
• Collaborate with Autonomous Production Cells (IAP) to manage backlog
• Participate in progress and closing meetings

Requirements

• Higher education degree or significant experience in document management, industrial quality, or technical coordination
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Experience in document management or a regulated industrial environment
• Knowledge of quality standards (ISO 19443 is a plus)
• Technical English proficiency for international meetings and exchanges
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
• Rigor, autonomy, and organizational skills
• Strict adherence to industrial safety rules and PPE requirements
