Documentary Methodology Specialist

Responsibilities

• Create meeting minutes for key users and business convergence meetings
• Prepare synthesis dossiers for Key User seminars and requirements
• Draft requirement expression dossiers and tool evolution sheets
• Conduct scoping, status reports, and impact analyses
• Manage deployment dossiers including communication support, user manuals, and training
• Manage training sessions, participant lists, and follow-up feedback

Requirements

• Knowledge of V3P and Leap100 documentary milestones
• Understanding of technical documentation and version management
• Proficiency in technical definition of vehicle PF/UB and documentary structure
• Familiarity with eBOM technical documentation principles
• Experience with 3D Experience WEB (Engineering modules)
• Ability to administer perimeter repositories
• Proficiency in French and English
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
