About the role

Responsibilities

  • Work in 1C / ERP systems to create and maintain counterparty cards
  • Formulate requests for cash expenditures and monitor settlements
  • Maintain a register of agreements and contracts
  • Systematize contractual documentation and ensure storage of originals
  • Process incoming documentation regarding goods receipt
  • Control the completeness of document packages in the procurement process
  • Interact with the accounting department to support accounting processes

Requirements

  • Experience with ERP systems and/or 1C
  • Understanding of primary accounting documentation
  • Knowledge of office management and document flow principles
  • High level of self-organization and responsibility
  • Attention to detail and multitasking ability
