Document Controller

Responsibilities

• Validate, check, and curate all incoming and outgoing project documentation to ensure proper classification, registration, and retrieval.
• Maintain Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows, container configurations, and file/document links.
• Manage user directories, access matrices, and Information Management (IM) protocols.
• Configure and implement change control processes within the CDE.
• Prepare distribution matrices, status reports, and workflows for sample submissions, TQs, and RFIs.
• Establish and maintain central site files, including O&M, Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental files.
• Attend project meetings to engage with stakeholders on documentation and information management matters.
• Provide ad-hoc advice, guidance, and training to project teams on system usage.

Requirements

• Proven experience working within Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Advanced understanding of ISO 19650 standards.
• Experience managing large volumes of data and information from multiple sources.
• Strong knowledge of file naming conventions and documentation standards.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and mentor multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Analytical thinker with high attention to detail and troubleshooting abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of Building Information Modelling (BIM) in the context of Information Management.
• Experience running stakeholder workshops and process mapping.
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
