Document Controller

Responsibilities

• Support the Contracts manager with document management, project reporting, and EDMS maintenance
• Manage document versions and ensure latest versions are accessible
• Liaise with project teams and external parties to distribute information securely
• Own project document registers and manage the flow of technical, vendor, and commercial documents
• Provide accurate status updates on information and document flow
• Check outgoing documentation for consistency, format, and numbering
• Maintain SharePoint, F Drive, and Client CDE systems
• Allocate document numbers according to specified procedures
• Train team members on document management processes and systems
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc project reports

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Infrastructure Sector
• Experience in a professional Document Control role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with Electronic Document Management Systems such as Aconex and SharePoint
• Strong administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to proactively chase and expedite documents
