Document Controller

Responsibilities

• Manage and configure Common Data Environments (CDE) including user accounts and security groups
• Act as the main point of contact for all CDE system queries and requests
• Provide CDE training and maintain training logs for new and existing users
• Maintain container configuration, workflows, and file/document links
• Develop and update user guides, training packs, and quick reference sheets
• Conduct weekly compliance audits regarding file naming, storage, and user access
• Create new project setups and assign users on the CDE
• Maintain user directories, IM protocols, and file naming protocols

Requirements

• 3+ years of Information Management or Consultancy experience
• Proficient understanding of Procore (EDMS/CDE System)
• Comprehensive knowledge of BIM ISO 19650 standards
• Administrator level experience with Aconex, ViewPoint/4P, Asite, Bentley, or ProjectWise
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Experience in KPI reporting and issuing Purchase Orders
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of Building Information Modelling (BIM) in the context of Information Management
• Experience running stakeholder workshops
• Process capture and mapping expertise
• Experience with e-procurement features in CDE/EDMS systems
