About the role
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain document control processes including cataloging, change control, and archival requirements
- Support workflow and delivery of required documents for capital projects
- Manage interfaces with parties involved in the PMC’s EDMS to ensure efficient information sharing
- Develop and maintain project SharePoint-based systems
- Manage transmittals and coordinate workflow responses
- Train team members in processes and document control software
- Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable
Requirements
- Minimum 6-7 years of relevant work experience
- Strong Electronic document management system (EDMS/DMS) experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 products
- Proficiency in spreadsheet tools for large data management
- Understanding of construction documentation
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Experience with Power BI, Data Studio, Tableau, or equivalent data visualization tools
- Prior experience managing people
