About the role
Responsibilities
- Create document templates and convert technical information into user-friendly documents
- Number and label documents for identification and reference
- Scan, copy, and distribute documents to project team members and stakeholders
- Track documents to maintain confidentiality
- Review documents and make revisions for accuracy
- Liaise with project team members to ensure documents meet requirements
- Train document specialists and other employees on document systems
Requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Understanding of document control systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High typing accuracy and efficiency
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Industry-specific technical knowledge and understanding of industry terms
- Proven administrative experience, preferably in a site-based role
