Document Controller

Responsibilities

• Scan and distribute documents as digital PDF copies and upload them to the client Contract Management System
• Maintain a hard copy reference library to ensure quick and easy information retrieval
• Utilize Primavera Contract Management to control and update the status of contract documents
• Prepare and register correspondences, reports, payment requisitions, variation orders, and site instructions
• Track and follow up on submittals, safety reports, requests for changes (RFCs), and drawings
• Produce regular reports regarding outstanding actions and correspondence responses
• Ensure the use of standardized forms and integration with the OP&M System across all project stakeholders

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field
• Minimum 5 years of Document Control experience within the Construction or Engineering industries
• Proven experience using Asite or Aconex
• At least 3 years of experience using Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), preferably Primavera Contract Management
• Extensive knowledge of document control from project initiation through to closeout
• Proficiency in oral and written English
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail
