About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all controlled company and project documents
- Ensure proper document numbering, version control, and formatting
- Receive, register, distribute, and track incoming and outgoing documents
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
- Monitor document workflows and ensure timely approvals
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for submissions and revisions
- Archive completed and superseded documents according to company procedures
- Generate reports on document status, submissions, and pending approvals
- Support audits by providing required documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory
- 5-8 years of experience in document control or administrative roles
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with document management systems such as Aconex, SharePoint, or EDMS
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry experience in construction, engineering, oil & gas, or manufacturing
