Document Controller Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage, organize, and maintain project documentation and records
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing documents are properly logged, tracked, and distributed
• Maintain up-to-date document control registers and filing systems
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders regarding document submissions and approvals
• Ensure document revisions are accurately recorded and controlled
• Support site teams by providing timely access to project documents, drawings, and reports
• Assist in preparing project reports and documentation packages

Requirements

• Fresh graduate to 2 years of experience in Document Control, Administration, Architecture, or Civil Engineering projects
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Positive attitude, accountability, and willingness to learn
