Document Controller

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain an effective document control system for Oil & Gas projects
• Receive, log, and distribute incoming project documentation in a timely manner
• Ensure accurate filing, storage, and retrieval of documents in both physical and electronic formats
• Implement and enforce document control procedures to maintain consistency and compliance
• Manage Letters of Authorization (LOA) including applications, monitoring expiration, and renewals
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and external parties to manage project documents
• Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of project documentation
• Provide administrative support, including meeting coordination and report preparation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3–5 years of experience as a Document Controller within the Oil & Gas industry
• Proficiency in Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) such as SharePoint or ACONEX
• Familiarity with engineering documents, technical drawings, RFIs, and submittals
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
