Document Controller

Responsibilities

• Ensure a structured documentation flow throughout projects using SharePoint and other Electronic Document Management Systems.
• Proactively advise project, tender, and department heads on document processes and organizational standards.
• Register, maintain, and coordinate organizational and client documentation to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information.
• Install SharePoint environments, create libraries and pages, and troubleshoot related technical issues.
• Manage user access and provide SharePoint training for end-users and newly hired document controllers.
• Verify compliance with Document Management plans and procedures across various projects and departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Record Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably within a multinational or multicultural environment.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and SharePoint.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in the Swedish language.
