Document Control Specialist

Responsibilities

• Establish and own document control policy within the Scout BMS
• Manage controlled documentation across the full lifecycle
• Define and enforce document standards including nomenclature and version control
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, VW Group, and internal requirements
• Lead the deployment and implementation of document management systems and tools
• Own AI-enabled solutions to ensure up-to-date requirements are accessible
• Maintain the process model to ensure lean and streamlined processes
• Act as a trusted advisor to all departments on document control and process-related topics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in document control or quality systems within an automotive environment
• Solid understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO 9001
• Experience with document management systems, SharePoint, or JIRA
• Strong process orientation and analytical thinking skills
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with VW Group standards and processes
• Familiarity with AI-enabled solutions
