About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage archival room activities and coordinate document storage with external vendors
- Inventory, organize, prepare, and ship documentation for offsite storage
- Receive, archive, file, and maintain executed quality-related documentation and records
- Control access to onsite documentation storage areas and track retrieval activities
- Perform data entry, documentation preparation, and record maintenance
- Create, assign, track, reconcile, and archive logbooks and laboratory notebooks
- Support Device History Record (DHR) preparation for production activities
- Generate Excel reports and maintain documentation databases
- Ensure documentation accuracy, completeness, and compliance with quality standards
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Associate Degree
- 0–2 years of experience in administrative support, document control, or records management
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat or related applications
- Previous experience in a regulated environment or quality systems
- Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply
