Responsibilities
- Open, review, and record all incoming post
- Identify and log incoming post by lawyer and client into the matter system
- Communicate incoming post to lawyers and their teams in a timely manner
- Print client and lawyer correspondence and ensure secure packaging for outgoing post
- Maintain records of outgoing post for tracing purposes
- Maintain a secure file organization system for all incoming correspondence
- Create deed packets and store them securely
- Coordinate with lawyers to arrange secure document returns or archiving
Requirements
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive approach to spotting and acting on process gaps
- Strong team player mindset
- Professional, discreet, and reliable with sensitive client data
- Experience in post rooms or legal administrative support is a plus but not essential
