Responsibilities

• Organize and optimize dock activities including process mastery and tool usage
• Coordinate workforce distribution according to activity needs
• Act as the primary point of contact for carriers
• Organize sorting plans based on activity levels
• Monitor and analyze performance indicators and implement action plans
• Report anomalies and malfunctions
• Lead and animate shift handovers and share information with the team
• Manage team integration, skill development, and individual interviews
• Foster team cohesion and a positive social climate
• Ensure compliance with current regulations, safety, and cleanliness rules
