Responsibilities

• Organize and optimize various dock activities
• Master fundamental operational processes and tools of the logistics site
• Coordinate staff distribution according to activity needs
• Act as the primary contact for carriers on a daily basis
• Organize the sorting plan based on activity levels
• Monitor and analyze performance indicators and implement action plans
• Report anomalies and malfunctions
• Manage a team of dock agents with a focus on performance and benevolence
• Prepare and lead shift handovers and share information with the team
• Oversee employee integration and skill development through individual interviews
• Foster team cohesion and a positive social climate
• Ensure compliance with current regulations regarding dock activity organization
• Maintain strict adherence to safety and cleanliness rules
