Dock Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Organize and optimize dock activities and sorting plans
• Manage and coordinate staff distribution based on activity needs
• Act as the primary point of contact for carriers
• Monitor and analyze performance indicators and implement action plans
• Lead and animate team briefings and shift handovers
• Support employee integration and skill development through individual interviews
• Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and current regulations
