Responsibilities

• Organize and optimize dock activities and sorting plans
• Coordinate staff distribution according to activity needs
• Act as the primary contact for carriers
• Monitor and analyze performance indicators and implement action plans
• Manage and lead a team of dock agents
• Conduct individual interviews and support skill development
• Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness regulations
