Dock Sortation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Scan inbound packages using handheld devices and sort into correct bins based on batch and market assignment
• Maintain target scan rate of approximately 225 scans per hour with high accuracy
• Stage sorted batches in the driver handoff zone before dispatch windows open
• Assist with driver coordination, departure scans, and end-of-shift package reconciliation
• Keep the sortation area clean, organized, and safe throughout the shift

Requirements

• Ability to stand for 6+ hours and lift packages up to 50 lbs
• Available for early morning shifts (typically 5:00am–1pm) on a rotating 7-day schedule
• Reliable transportation to the Saltbox location
• Comfortable using handheld scanning devices and mobile apps
• Ability to speak Spanish
• Prior warehouse, logistics, fulfillment, or retail experience preferred
