Dock Shipper

Responsibilities

• Perform loading, VNA, and receiving functions per SOPs
• Operate stretch wrappers, forklifts, dock equipment, and battery changers
• Fulfill orders and verify skid quantities against load tags
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Yard Management Systems (YMS), and Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
• Monitor loaded trailers to ensure product integrity and customer certification requirements
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and conduct shift change briefs
• Ensure food safety and quality standards are met

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent driving skills and manual dexterity
• Good basic math, reading, and clerical skills
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a cold warehouse environment
• Ability to become forklift certified
• Physical ability to lift over 70 lbs and stand for long periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a forklift operator
• Experience in the manufacturing industry
• Strong computer skills
