Doc Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Review documents for completion and accuracy to ensure compliance with audit and procedural requirements
• Update multiple systems with information and maintain the departmental Access database
• Make critical decisions regarding document completion and submit files to Fulfillment for review
• Engage in internal and external customer contact
• Assess risk when making business decisions to safeguard the firm, its clients, and its assets
• Assist with the training of new hires within the work unit as needed

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of relevant service in a similar role
• Intermediate computer, math, and data entry skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in an operational environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in an operational environment
• Experience with supplemental insurance products
• Prior work experience in a related field providing understanding of relevant policies and procedures
