Law degree from accredited school, Active Minnesota State Bar membership, 1+ years personal injury experience
About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform substantive document review on platforms such as Relativity or DISCO
- Review and code documents for responsiveness, relevancy, confidentiality, issues, and privilege
- Assist with preparation of privilege and redaction logs and privilege challenges
- Participate in special projects, deposition preparation, trial support, and motion drafting
Requirements
- Law degree from a fully accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the Minnesota State Bar Association
- Minimum 1+ years of personal injury experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior E-Discovery or Document Review experience
