About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue and sales performance across all physical distribution channels, including wholesale, multi-brand accounts, and owned concept stores.
  • Deliver sales performance against forecast and targets by executing business plans and sales strategies throughout the Atlanta South region.
  • Coach and support Store Managers, account owners, and franchise owners on talent management, inventory, and brand standards.
  • Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as sales and traffic to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Manage relationships with wholesale partners and directly oversee Store Managers from owned and operated (O&O) locations.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and development of store leadership to build high-performing teams.
  • Monitor inventory levels and optimize sell-in and sell-out performance for all accounts.
  • Travel extensively (up to 80%) within the region to maintain a strong field presence and build stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent working experience).
  • 8+ years of multi-store leadership experience.
  • Proven experience in both retail and wholesale environments.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities with experience managing KPIs.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex organization and manage changing priorities.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management and resource optimization.
