About the Company

Patriot Erectors is a full-service, AISC-Certified Steel Fabricator and AISC-Certified Advanced Steel Erector. Since 1991, we’ve fabricated and erected structural steel for complex buildings and non-building structures with a relentless focus on quality, safety, and pride in every project.

Responsibilities

• Own divisional P&L, including budgets, margins, and profitable growth
• Partner with sales and estimating to identify and win new work
• Lead project teams across detailing, fabrication, and field execution
• Manage local fabrication shop and field erection crew resources
• Champion a zero-incident safety culture
• Oversee hiring, training, and professional development for Project Management and Field Erection teams
• Build and maintain lasting client relationships

Requirements

• 15+ years in operational or project-execution roles in the commercial steel industry
• 10+ years in a leadership position
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or equivalent industry experience
• Proven experience in P&L management and finance fundamentals
• Strong command of project execution, change management, and construction customer service

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience across both fabrication and field erection
• Established network in Texas or regional commercial construction
• Familiarity with AISC standards and certification requirements
