Divisional Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide support services for nursing staff, providers, and medical staff members
• Coordinate communication between staff members, patients, and providers
• Act as a contact for internal and external customers regarding patient care and throughput
• Gather and maintain data related to process improvement
• Maintain up-to-date divisional services statistics
• Assist with coordinating equipment trials and obtaining quotes for capital purchases

Requirements

• High school diploma
• One year of applicable experience in a healthcare setting
• CPR card within 90 days of hire
• Basic Nursing Assistant class completion
• Current Washington State NAC license

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in materials management
• Previous experience in a hospital patient care area
• Previous experience with patient scheduling
• Previous office experience
