About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Division Chief to support divisional strategy, operational initiatives, and financial performance.
- Oversee divisional budgets across clinical practice, faculty compensation, and sponsored research.
- Monitor budget variances and prepare analyses for financial improvement and strategic planning.
- Support day-to-day divisional activities, including workflow monitoring and resolving operational issues.
- Manage divisional space inventory, IT coordination, and administrative staff support.
- Coordinate with HR and onboarding teams for hiring, appointments, promotions, and credentialing.
- Support performance management processes and assist in the supervision of administrative staff.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies, healthcare regulations, and research requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience.
- Four years of related professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years of related administrative experience.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks thoughtfully and maintain high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional partners.
- Developing skills in physician relations and professional stakeholder management.
