Division Supplier Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple functions to develop and qualify new materials and suppliers to meet plant requirements.
• Coordinate the qualification and verification of new materials or suppliers on the customer side.
• Lead supplier sample trial runs to ensure timely delivery to plants and track quality status.
• Manage the smooth transition of suppliers from sample stages to mass production processes.
• Manage supplier performance through QA architectures and procurement strategies.
• Improve incoming material quality and resolve related quality issues.
• Conduct supplier audits and performance ranking reviews.
• Reach quality agreements with suppliers to drive effective supplier quality management.

Requirements

• B.S. or higher degree in Mechanical, Engineering, Chemical, IE, or a related major.
• At least 3 years of experience in supplier quality management or general quality management.
• Strong knowledge of statistical tools, including SPC and QC Story.
• Proficiency in English (spoken, written, and reading).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-departmental cooperation.
