About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement sales strategies for the Healthcare, Higher Education, and Not-for-Profit (HHN) division to drive profitable new client acquisition
  • Lead the implementation of industry strategies to enhance business productivity and improve client acquisition techniques
  • Coordinate with leadership, Relationship Managers, and Business Development Officers to drive prospect calling activity and pipeline opportunities
  • Partner with sales enablement to reinforce a continuous improvement sales culture and implement growth programs
  • Utilize data analysis to forecast sales trends, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks
  • Align sales strategy with marketing and public relations to enhance brand presence at industry events and conferences
  • Drive consistency in performance expectations, coaching, and talent development for the sales force
  • Strengthen risk and control infrastructure around sales procedures and product placement

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Business Growth Strategy experience
  • 10+ years of Commercial Banking Business Development experience
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

  • In-depth understanding of Commercial Banking client segments, products, and industries
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Demonstrated strategic vision and ability to lead execution across multiple priorities
  • Experience operating in a highly matrixed and global environment
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with technology and the utilization of Artificial Intelligence tools
