About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and implement sales strategies for the Healthcare, Higher Education, and Not-for-Profit (HHN) division to drive profitable new client acquisition
- Lead the implementation of industry strategies to enhance business productivity and improve client acquisition techniques
- Coordinate with leadership, Relationship Managers, and Business Development Officers to drive prospect calling activity and pipeline opportunities
- Partner with sales enablement to reinforce a continuous improvement sales culture and implement growth programs
- Utilize data analysis to forecast sales trends, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks
- Align sales strategy with marketing and public relations to enhance brand presence at industry events and conferences
- Drive consistency in performance expectations, coaching, and talent development for the sales force
- Strengthen risk and control infrastructure around sales procedures and product placement
Requirements
- 10+ years of Business Growth Strategy experience
- 10+ years of Commercial Banking Business Development experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

- In-depth understanding of Commercial Banking client segments, products, and industries
- Executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Demonstrated strategic vision and ability to lead execution across multiple priorities
- Experience operating in a highly matrixed and global environment
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with technology and the utilization of Artificial Intelligence tools
