About the role
Responsibilities
- Work alongside Epic executives to analyze data and help set the strategic direction of the company
- Design, develop, and maintain reports and databases used to make critical business decisions
- Manage high-impact projects focused on business intelligence, process improvement, and company initiatives
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to solve complex operational issues
- Track ongoing internal projects to ensure company goals and software implementations are met
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (technical major preferred)
- Programming and statistical reporting experience
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Ability to relocate to the Madison, WI area (relocation reimbursement provided)
