Division Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Work alongside Epic executives to analyze data and help set the strategic direction of the company
• Design, develop, and maintain reports and databases used to make critical business decisions
• Manage high-impact projects focused on business intelligence, process improvement, and company initiatives
• Develop and implement innovative solutions to solve complex operational issues
• Track ongoing internal projects to ensure company goals and software implementations are met

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (technical major preferred)
• Programming and statistical reporting experience
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Ability to relocate to the Madison, WI area (relocation reimbursement provided)
