Division Manager Food & Pharma

Responsibilities

• Drive the continued growth and development of the Food & Pharma Division across the Nordic region
• Identify market opportunities and execute commercial strategies to deliver profitable growth
• Lead and develop a high-performing commercial organization, ensuring accountability and engagement
• Manage the division's full financial performance and organizational development
• Strengthen customer relationships and ensure an outstanding customer experience
• Shape the division's strategic direction, focusing on sustainability, circularity, and energy efficiency
• Collaborate with the Nordic management team and the Northern Europe Cluster to align priorities

Requirements

• Academic degree in business, engineering, or a related field
• Proven track record in leading commercial organizations within industrial B2B environments
• Direct experience in the Food & Pharma industry or closely related sectors
• Strong leadership experience within sales-driven and matrix organizations
• Expertise in commercial excellence, sales performance management, and data-driven decision-making
• Strategic and analytical capabilities combined with hands-on execution skills
• Professional proficiency in English
• Ability to travel regularly across the Nordic region
