Division Customer Director

Responsibilities

• Define and deploy the worldwide Sales Division strategy for assigned customers across various regions and product groups.
• Drive interest in specific system and module products and coordinate roadmap exchanges to define the Division vision.
• Build and maintain intimate relationships with senior-level decision-makers in customer purchasing, engineering, and marketing organizations.
• Act as the central contact for customer information regarding vehicle launches, production plans, and organizational changes.
• Lead global negotiations including business acquisition, annual productivity, and market effects such as currency and raw materials.
• Manage communication during crisis situations to protect the customer relationship and coordinate important customer visits.
• Coordinate lobbying activities and manage multiple Product Group RFI/RFQ processes.
• Assess sales competence and performance within the network and participate in recruitment processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.
• 10 years of automotive sales experience.
• Proven experience working with American-based OEMs.
• Strong negotiation skills and a track record of building internal and external networks.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Financial background or understanding of electronics.
• Experience in electronic sales or project management.
