About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the design, development, and implementation of the DEI strategy and framework across the organization
- Provide data and insights relating to DEI initiatives
- Own employer brand initiatives to connect business units with talent team strategy
- Lead on the employee engagement tool, Engage, collaborating with HR Leaders to drive employee experience
- Collate and interpret data for People Pathways, talent, and succession planning in collaboration with the International Capability Lead
- Provide line management for one individual
Requirements
- Experience in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) or talent management
- Ability to provide data-driven insights and guidance
- Experience with employee engagement tools and employer branding
- Capability to manage and develop direct reports
