Familjeläkarna was founded in 2008 with a vision to provide patients with the same care we would give our own families. We operate health centers in Stockholm, Uppsala, and Östergötland, employing approximately 1,000 people in a warm and professional environment focused on innovation and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Perform telephone counseling and triage
• Conduct independent patient visits
• Lead and develop preventive health work
• Provide home healthcare services as needed
• Participate in multidisciplinary teamwork to ensure high-quality care and patient experience

Requirements

• Licensed District Nurse (legitimerad distriktssköterska)
• Experience in primary care, preferably in clinic settings and home healthcare
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Professional demeanor and adaptability to various healthcare situations
• Commitment to developing high-quality and safe care
