About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead a technical team in the Pacific Northwest to deliver implementation, adoption, and optimization of patient monitoring solutions
  • Direct teams to ensure project scope, timing, cost, and margin align with contract obligations and customer expectations
  • Provide people management, strategic guidance, and leadership to technical team members
  • Partner with District Services, Clinical, and Project Managers to ensure quality processes, KPI setting, and resource management are executed
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to generate revenue growth and create competitive plans
  • Travel up to 75% to customer sites, Philips offices, or other locations for meetings and training

Requirements

  • 5+ years of direct leadership experience in healthcare services or equipment sales (or 9+ years without a bachelor's degree)
  • 3+ years of experience managing a profit/loss (P&L) business, ideally in a technical space (or 7+ years without a bachelor's degree)
  • Ability to travel up to 75% via car, air, or train, including frequent overnight stays
  • Proven ability to manage field personnel performance and implement strategic growth initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Health Science, Business, or Engineering
