District Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver an exceptional customer experience through Store Team Leaders
• Recruit, hire, develop, and retain top management talent while creating effective succession plans
• Lead consistent store visit evaluations and provide proactive feedback to ensure brand and performance standards
• Execute district business strategies to maximize sales, profitability, and achievement of goals
• Manage annual budgets, including sales, controllable expenses, payroll, and shrink results
• Ensure seamless execution of visual merchandising directives within allotted payroll and timeframes
• Communicate market trends and competitor strategies to optimize product assortment

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressively responsible retail experience
• 3+ years of Store Management experience
• Ability to travel overnight and perform daily travel within the district
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Gmail, and internet applications
• Strong analytical, budgeting, and project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of multi-store supervision experience
