District Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver an exceptional customer experience through Store Team Leaders.
• Recruit, hire, develop, and retain top management talent while creating effective succession plans.
• Lead consistent store visit evaluations and provide proactive feedback to ensure brand and performance standards.
• Execute district business strategies to maximize sales, manage annual budgets, and control controllable expenses.
• Ensure visual merchandising directives are executed seamlessly within scheduled timeframes and payroll budgets.
• Communicate current market trends and competitor strategies to optimize product assortment and revenue.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressively responsible retail experience.
• 3+ years of Store Management experience.
• Ability to travel overnight and perform daily travel within the district.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Gmail, and internet applications.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of multi-store supervision experience.
