District Stretch Experience Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on the overall stretch program including pricing, compensation, and sales presentation
• Build and lead a team passionate about sales and wellness
• Drive lead generation through marketing and networking
• Implement sales processes to convert inquiries into loyal members
• Manage staff schedules and ensure clubs are properly staffed with managers and trainers
• Teach fitness professionals how to perform individual and assisted stretches
• Develop customized programs based on individual assessments

Requirements

• Must successfully pass a background check
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
• Valid Driver's License and clean motor vehicle record
• Reliable transportation to multiple job locations
• Ability to work in a gym setting and move about club floors
• Ability to bend routinely and lift more than 40 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of fitness sales and/or operations experience
• 1-3 years of experience managing a revenue-generating fitness program
• Minimum of 2 years of multi-unit management experience
• Nationally approved personal training certification
• Experience with corrective exercise
