District Service Manager - Imaging Systems

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Field Service Engineers for Imaging Systems customer services
• Develop and implement strategic and tactical plans to achieve annual revenue targets
• Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent while fostering a culture of integrity
• Drive business and service strategies to ensure customer loyalty and Net Promoter Score excellence
• Own full profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities for the region
• Execute business plans focused on growth, productivity, and customer retention
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales and business line management, to meet customer needs

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience in service delivery, service operations, or a related field
• Proven experience managing a profit and loss (P&L) business
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Health Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Ability to travel approximately 60% across the specified geography
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company motor vehicle
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
