District Service Assurance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead service processes and achieve operational excellence across UAE operations
• Utilize AI-driven analytics and advanced tools to identify operational trends and forecast potential service failures
• Execute comprehensive audits of critical processes, from ground-level tasks to executive financial reporting
• Design proactive risk mitigation strategies to protect the business from operational and financial volatility
• Align local processes with global ISO standards and local regulatory requirements
• Translate complex data sets and audit findings into actionable insights for senior leadership
• Map complex end-to-end processes to identify bottlenecks and root causes of failure

Requirements

• Proven operational experience within the UAE landscape and local market dynamics
• Extensive background in operational auditing, internal controls, or risk management
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze cost-to-serve models and financial impacts
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in SQL for data extraction and modification
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI to automate manual processes and enhance reporting
• Expertise in process mapping and root cause analysis using lean methodologies
• Strong communication and influencing skills to engage with both local teams and senior management
