About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the performance and development of Sales Consultants within the district
- Conduct regular one-on-one coaching and field "work-withs" to drive sales behavior
- Lead district meetings to educate and inspire the sales team
- Drive customer engagement by promoting technology enablers and value-added services
- Utilize CRM tools to manage sales planning, prospecting, and daily engagement
- Execute territory planning and manage high-value customer relationships
- Support national campaigns and implement company-led strategies
Requirements
- High School education required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 2+ years of experience growing profitable sales in the foodservice industry
- Fluency in Mandarin and Hindi
- Proven ability to coach, counsel, and direct sales associates
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools for forecasting and planning
