About the role
Responsibilities
- Establish Sales and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets for assigned Account Managers and oversee monthly performance through coaching and reviews
- Maintain regular communication with retail partners and decision-makers to implement national and local programming
- Conduct two full days of route rides per week to train and evaluate Account Manager performance and market execution
- Teach essential selling skills, including role plays, overcoming objections, and retail math
- Lead regular team meetings and workshops to improve operational expertise and recognize results
- Collaborate across the organization to share best practices and build a diverse, high-performing team
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management
- Proven experience supervising a team of account sales professionals
- Valid US Driver’s License and ability to obtain a DOT Medical card
- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel 0-10%
