About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a group of Account Sales Managers (ASMs) to drive sales volume and ensure excellent in-store execution.
- Establish and oversee monthly Sales and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets for each assigned Account Manager.
- Conduct two full days of route rides per week to train, evaluate, and coach Account Managers on selling skills and market conditions.
- Maintain regular communication with retail partners and decision-makers to implement national and local programming.
- Facilitate regular team meetings and workshops to improve operational expertise and recognize results.
- Collaborate across the organization to share best practices and uphold Red Bull's standards and operating procedures.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.
- Proven experience supervising a team of account sales professionals.
- Valid US Driver’s License and the ability to obtain a DOT Medical card.
- Physical ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
- Willingness to travel between 0-10%.
