About the role
Responsibilities
- Cultivate dealer partnerships by serving as a business partner to support long-term success and wholesale orders
- Research and analyze dealer performance and market potential to develop strategic sales plans
- Deliver retail and wholesale objectives by mobilizing dealers to engage in BRP programs and best practices
- Influence dealer inventory management, sales processes, merchandising, and product training
- Collaborate with dealers on retail activation initiatives, marketing, and community events
- Track and document all dealer contact activity using Salesforce
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant sales experience
- Residence within the Southern Florida district is an essential condition of employment
- Ability to travel 80% of the time
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills
- Proven business acumen and analytical skills
- Passion for the powersports industry and outdoor recreational products
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or MBA in marketing, business administration, sales, or finance
- Experience in the powersports, marine, or automotive industries
- Previous experience working within a dealership environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
