District Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive district profitability and manage financial performance across multiple mall locations
• Recruit, onboard, and develop Store Managers and field sales teams
• Optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) through rigorous performance management
• Lead sales training initiatives and ensure operational excellence using data dashboards

Requirements

• 7+ years of direct-to-consumer sales and field sales management experience
• 7+ years of proven leadership experience managing teams of 10+ individuals
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in credit card or financial product sales
• Existing network of high-performing sales representatives
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and interpreting performance metrics
